FJD AT2 (Auto Steer System)

What it is / Use case
The AT2 Auto Steer System is a full autosteering solution that can be retrofitted to a wide range of tractors, even those not originally “steer-ready.” It replaces the steering wheel with an electric motor to allow fully automated guidance.

It is often used for tasks like tillage, planting, spraying, and harvesting under precise path control accurate to 2.5cm

Key Features / Specs

  • Pass-to-pass accuracy of 2.5 cm via GNSS + RTK corrections

  • Supports multiple guidance line types: straight, curved, A+ line, pivot modes, etc.

  • Terrain / slope compensation to maintain straight guidance on uneven ground

  • U-turn / path planning functions (smart U-turn, basic U-turn) for end-of-row maneuvers

  • ISOBUS integration (implements control) in advanced configurations

  • Supports multiple correction sources (NTRIP, base station, PPP, SBAS) depending on connectivity constraints

Strengths / Advantages

  • Universal retrofit flexibility: you can use it on many tractor models (ideal for mixed fleets)

  • High precision for demanding agricultural operations

  • Includes many advanced features (turn planning, terrain compensation) as standard rather than add-ons Good value vs proprietary systems (less lock-in to brand ecosystems)

  • If your tractor is not steer-ready (i.e. lacks built-in autosteering wiring)

  • If you want a “portable” system that can move between machines

  • If you want full autosteer (not just guidance)

FJD AS2 (Steer-Ready Autosteering System)

What it is / Use case
The AS2 Steer-Ready system is designed for tractors that already have “steer-ready” wiring and hydraulic valve ports installed from the factory (i.e. built by OEMs to support autosteering). It plugs into the tractor’s existing systems instead of replacing them.

This makes installation simpler, and you retain your original steering wheel and configuration, but gain automated control.

Key Features / Specs

  • ~2.5 cm RTK accuracy

  • Plug-and-play: minimal changes to the original configuration, no need to replace the steering wheel or install new hydraulic valves in many cases

  • Supports CANBUS and non-CANBUS variants depending on tractor type

  • Versatile guidance line options (straight, curved, etc.), automatic U-turn, GIS transfer

Strengths / Advantages

  • Seamless integration: minimal disruption to the tractor’s original systems

  • Easier, less invasive installation (if the tractor supports steer-ready)

  • Maintains original steering wheel feel

  • Good option for newer tractors that have built-in autosteering readiness

When to Choose AS2

  • Your tractor is already steer-ready or “auto-steer prepared” from factory

  • You want autosteering with minimal hardware changes

  • You want to preserve factory wiring and reduce cost/complexity of retrofitting

FJD AH2 (Hydraulic Autosteering Kit)

What it is / Use case
The AH2 Hydraulic Autosteering Kit is intended for tractors that have hydraulic steering systems, but are not necessarily steer-ready. It integrates with the tractor’s hydraulic system by controlling the hydraulic valves to automate steering.

Key Features / Specs

  • ~2.5 cm accuracy with GNSS + RTK

  • Electro-hydraulic control valve(s) to modulate steering oil flow

  • Ability to retain original steering wheel (i.e. you are not replacing it)

  • Broad compatibility with hydraulic steering systems (open-center, closed-center systems) via different valve options

  • U-turn functionality, guidance line controls, ISOBUS compatibility in some configurations

Strengths / Advantages

  • Power and smooth control: robust for heavier tractors / more demanding steering loads

  • Integrates with existing hydraulic systems, so you avoid swapping out steering architecture

  • Keeps the original steering wheel (less visible/intrusive)

  • Works even when the tractor wasn’t built steer-ready

When to Choose AH2

  • Your tractor has hydraulic steering but isn’t steer-ready

  • You want integrated steering control without replacing the steering wheel

FJD AG1 (Guidance System)

What it is / Use case
The AG1 Guidance System is a more basic, manual-guidance solution. Instead of full autosteering, it gives the tractor operator visual guidance (e.g., steering lines) while the operator physically controls steering.

It is designed as an entry-level solution to help farmers benefit from precise guidance without needing full automation.

Key Features / Specs

  • Integrates multiple positioning technologies: PPP, RTK, SBAS (so accuracy can vary depending on correction method)

  • Up to 2.5 cm accuracy in ideal RTK mode

  • Modular design, with options to upgrade later (e.g. to autosteering)

  • Supports multiple guidance lines (straight, curved, A+ etc.)

  • ISOBUS support in more advanced modules (for implement control) offered as upgrade options

  • Wireless GNSS-to-display connectivity; compact installation

Strengths / Advantages

  • Lower cost / lower barrier to entry

  • Simpler installation and less hardware complexity

  • Helps farmers adopt precision without fully automating

  • Flexible: can be upgraded in the future to full autosteering if desired

When to Choose AG1

  • You want guidance (to reduce overlaps) but still prefer to keep steering control

  • You have budget constraints or are just getting into precision ag

  • You’d like a path to upgrade later

How to choose

  • If you want full autosteering and your tractor is not steer-ready, start with AT2

  • If your tractor is steer-ready and you prefer minimal modifications, go with AS2

  • If your tractor has hydraulic steering but is not steer-ready, and you need power, choose AH2

  • If you want a lower-cost entry/stepping stone to precision, consider AG1
